USC Sports Medicine Center

The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery provides a wide range or orthopaedic services. Our services include general and pediatric orthopaedics, arthritis care, and management of bone and joint injuries, including fracture care. Our physicians also treat diseases of the bone, including osteoporosis, and perform hand surgery. We provide skilled expertise to patients with traumatic and arthritic hand problems and those requiring hip and knee replacement surgery.

The S.M.A.R.T. program was established to increase the level of medical care available to South Carolina high school athletes, especially those involved in high-risk contact sports.
